OUR VALUES

QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We are committed to quality teaching and to the continuous improvement of our activity, our services and our processes.

We periodically review our academic project and our operations to maintain the consistency and quality of our services, identify highlights and areas for improvement, and adopt measures aimed at better responding to the needs and expectations of our students and users.

STUDENT SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE

We place the student at the center of the teaching-learning process.

We attend to their needs, expectations and objectives, accompany their progress and promote their active participation, their autonomy as learners and the development of learning pathways suited to their circumstances and objectives.

INNOVATION

We promote educational innovation and the responsible incorporation of methodologies, resources, and technologies that add value to the teaching and learning processes and allow us to respond to the changing needs of our students, users, and society.

We understand innovation not as an end in itself, but as an instrument at the service of more effective, flexible and meaningful learning.

RIGOR AND GOOD PRACTICES

We carry out our activities with rigor, professionalism, responsibility and transparency, in accordance with good practices in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and with procedures that contribute to guaranteeing the quality and consistency of our services.

We base our academic and organizational decisions on reference documents, specialized knowledge, evidence, and evaluation of our own practice.

Our academic project draws on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the Instituto Cervantes Curriculum Plan (PCIC) to define and develop our learning pathways.

INTERCULTURALITY

We understand the teaching and learning of Spanish as a meeting place between people and cultures.

We promote intercultural competence, mutual knowledge, respect for diversity and understanding between the cultures represented in our learning community, with particular emphasis on bringing Asia and the Spanish-speaking world closer together.

COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY

We understand the teaching of Spanish as an activity with an educational, cultural and social dimension.

We help promote the Spanish language and the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries, foster intercultural understanding, and strive to ensure that our work has a positive impact on people and society.

Our commitments

Our values are embodied in a series of commitments to the people, organizations and communities linked to the activity of MiTUTOR.

TO OUR STUDENTS AND USERS

We are committed to providing quality educational services that meet the needs, expectations, and goals of our students and users.

We provide clear, truthful and sufficient information about our offer, our services and their conditions, and we strive to maintain accessible and transparent communication throughout the entire relationship with MiTUTOR.

We promote guidance and monitoring of learning, assessment for learning, student autonomy, and the definition of learning pathways suited to their needs and objectives.

We also promote awareness of official Spanish certifications and tests and guide our students on the most suitable options based on their objectives, offering specific preparation when it is part of our educational offer.

We collect and value the opinions of our students and users to understand their level of satisfaction, address their suggestions, claims and complaints, and identify opportunities to improve our services.

TO FAMILIES AND GUARDIANS

When our services are aimed at minors, we strive to maintain clear and appropriate communication with their families or guardians and provide them with the necessary information about the training program and how it works.

We encourage, when appropriate, monitoring of student learning and progress, taking into account their needs and the specific characteristics of each educational stage.

TO THE COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS WE SERVE

We are committed to providing training solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of companies, educational institutions, and other organizations.

We clearly define the objectives, content, modalities and conditions of each program and monitor its development, striving to maintain fluid and transparent communication with the organizations that trust MiTUTOR.

We aim for the learning of Spanish to contribute to the academic, professional and international development of the people and organizations to which we provide our services.

TO PARTNER ORGANISATIONS AND PROFESSIONALS

We promote relationships based on collaboration, transparency, trust, and the exchange of knowledge and best practices.

We seek to establish stable and lasting relationships with organizations and professionals that contribute to the development and improvement of our educational project and allow us to expand the learning opportunities, exam preparation and certifications, mobility and contact with the Spanish-speaking world that we offer to our students and users.

TO OUR LEARNING COMMUNITY

We promote the progressive construction of a learning community in which students can interact with each other and with other people linked to MiTUTOR.

We seek to generate additional opportunities to learn, practice and use Spanish, share experiences and knowledge, develop autonomy as learners and strengthen intercultural competence.

We understand our learning community as a meeting place that facilitates connections between people interested in Spanish and Spanish-speaking cultures and that contributes especially to bringing Asia and the Spanish-speaking world closer together.

TO SOCIETY

We help promote the teaching of Spanish and the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries, fostering mutual knowledge, communication and intercultural understanding.

We seek to create learning opportunities for people from different places and backgrounds and respond responsibly to the changing needs of society.

Likewise, we aspire to contribute to the quality, innovation and improvement of the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language through reflection on our own practice, collaboration and the exchange of knowledge.
